www.speedgoat.com carry some 8-speed parts. Most vendors can get the parts for you, you may have to give them a phone call though.

There is some stuff at bikeroom.com. It is a Candian site. Lots of 8sp. cassettes, one or two shifters for 8sp.
I bought most of my 8sp. stuff from my lbs becasue they still carry alot while online it's 95% 9sp.

What do you need? I've got some 8 speed stuff sitting on the bench in my garage. Price ranging from dirt cheap to FREE.

Cambria has some good deals on 8spd shifters.
8spd cogs & chains can be found at most on-line stores.
Derailers will work with 8 or 9 spd.
