Just wondering how much travel you guys have on your forks? I properly measured mine the other week ago with a zip tie. I ended up with 80mm max.

Just put a fine old DD50 on my SuperV, from my broken F700 frame. Don't know if I get the whole 50mm or not, but it works for me! It's been rebuilt for my fat ass.

80mm on the Rockhopper with a Marathon SL, 0mm on the Major Jake via a Kona P2, and 0mm on the Peugeot with the stock fork (with a bent steer tube), soon to be upgraded to 0mm with an aftermarket fork. Plus a 100mm boat anchor (aka Axel Elite) hanging on the wall.

I have 120mm. It's let me do some awesome things that I never would have tried before, but the fork is long and it messes up my handling. I have a Marzocchi MX comp that replaced a late 90's Judy that had 50mm of travel or something. 80mm sounds like a happy medium.

I'm not busting your chops, but this is exactly why I don't suggest anything greater than 80mm on older bikes that were set up like that.

Well my new (but old) RockShox Judy fork has 80mm adjustable to 80mm travel... (I think the damping adjustment needs a service).

100mm fork. I run it with about 15 mm sag, so I get about 80 mm travel.
