What freewheel/cassette would work here?

As I was going through e-bay I saw this wheel and was curious what kind of freewheel/cassette would work on it, or what it needed.. I'm a newbie commuter/mountain biker looking for an 8-speed rear wheel, so give me tips if you could.. Thanks

If you get that you would need a new freehub body as well as to buy the casette.
