I reckon there is a point where this DVD is useless. It is called the Fundamentals because it is the FUNDAMENTALS. Some parts were kinda helpfull, mainly the bike setup/maintenance section. However the actual how to was pretty pointless to me. IO reckon you learn all their tips and more in less than a year of racing DH with people.
