Marzocchi Drop Off IV

Alright, I have a couple questions about the Marzochi Drop Off IV for everyone. The Marzocchi website says that one stanchion is coil and the other is air, but on the fork, there is an air valve on each stanchion. I don't understand how that makes sense or works, so if anyone knows anything about that, I'd love to hear what you know. Also, if I set the sag properly the fork comes very close to bottoming out under somewhat easy loads and if i add more air to prevent this, there is no sag at all. I guess the real questions i have are just a request for any information I can get a hold of on these topics.
Thanks
Nick

OK!

1 Side has an air chamber and uses air like a spring or coil
1 Side is a Coil

ALTHOUGH, it uses air for Preload as well. And as far as I know, there are separate nipples for inserting air.

Did you just buy this fork? Or are you planning on getting it?

Nah, I didn't buy the fork. I've been riding a friend's Kona Coiler and I havent been able to figure it out. I'll see about getting my hands on the manual though. Thanks for the quick replies by the way.
