crookede valve stem?
I've got a rigid singlespeed that has 2.4s on it, so I can run low pressure in the 20s for shock absorption purposes as well as traction. however, I find that whenever I run low pressure, my valve stem gets crooked. Is there any way around this?

deflate tire. align valve stem. be sure to use one of the stem lock washer/nuts to keep the stem in tight/upright. reinflate.
that always works for me, and i'm running fat tires with fairly low pressure too. if that doesn't do it, then something is going wrong. |
