2004 GT AVALANCHE 1.0 Seat post diameter

I have a 2004 GT Avalanche and need to replace my seat post, was looking on ebay and I am trying to figure out if it is 26.8 mm or 31.4 mm, Tried the GT website, NO luck and don't have a local dealer or I would call.
Any help?? Thanks

Try pulling your current seatpost out. It should have the measurements etched into at at the bottom of the post.

Just pull the seatpost out and measure the diameter with a ruler. Eyeball it to center the ruler, you should be fine.
