Baggy shorts

They seemed pretty cheap and I like the look of them but I don't want to get them if they're just regular cargo shorts. Here's the link from Kona if it helps. I'm going to go out on a limb and go head and say they do have lycra built in.

If anyone else happens to search for these shorts and wants to know the answer to this question the answer is no. They do not have lycra built in. They're just shorts to wear over lycra. This is what I got when I emailed Kona.
