Suspension question

For a guy my size..what suspension do you guys suggest if any?

I would get a fox DHX coil-over... always go with a coil-over for your weight (i believe)

At your size, I would avoid a fox, and if you have they eye to eye and the stroke, get an avalanche DHS. If you mean for the fork, get something with a 20mm dropout setting. Something like a Marzocchi DJ1.
