Litespeed Pisgah versus Sewanee

I recently bought a 2006 Siena and really like it. Now I think the bug has bitten me and I am looking to change my hardtail to titanium too. Can't decide though if I should get a hardtail like the Pisgah or the cross country FS bike Sewanee. I really like single track, but have not really felt the need for rear suspension. But maybe I just don't know what I am missing.
Thoughts?

Are you racing? Or do you just want a light, fast, durable bike?

How much do you weigh?

Do you do drops? Often? Do you go above a couple feet?

All of those questions should weigh in upon your decision.

IMHO, I 'd go with the Pisgah if'n you think you'll get into racing. Go for the full squish bike if you plan on sticking to trail riding.
