Skyway Wheels
In an earlier thread, some of us got to kicking around Skyway Tuffwheels. I took the bull by the horns and e-mailed them to see if there was any possibility, in this age of new miracle materials, that they might think about making 26" wheels - - especially toward the FR/DH end of things. Here was the reply:
"Doug:
Thanks for the email.
You’re not alone in asking for this wheel!
We are working on a new technology that might allow us to make a 26” wheel.
Please stay tuned for further details."
Is that cool or what? Imagine - - a disc-ready DH Tuffwheel that'd never loosen up or flat-spot on you.

SHAZBOT!!!!!!! And if they will look like the old Tuff mags I had on my 24 inch BMX cruiser, I'll be in line. Excuse me while I dream of my Surly 1x1 dressed up like that. If I only had photoshop.
