I don't like Haro personally but they do make good bikes and that one in specific is great.

Yes, i guess the parts had been replaced. I dont know ANYTHING at all about mountain bikes so im just trying to find out if this is a decent bike. if somone could tell me the good and the bad things about it id appreciate it! here is the email the seller sent to me: $400

I bought the bike brand new at a local bike shop in November of 2003. It has always been stored indoors. I am a stickler for recording my rides in a training journal and this bike has a total of 147 miles over 7 outings. I take pride in my bikes and this bike has been maintained in perfect condition. The bike retailed for a bit over $1,000.00 and I upgraded to the disc brakes and the Rhino Lite wheels for an additional $400.00. Last summer I added a new Easton bar and Richey stem. I listed the bike as a 2003 as that is when I made the purchase. I'm not sure (nor was the bike shop I took it into for it's last tune up) what the exact mfg. year is, 2002 or 2003. It has some minor scratches on the top bar and the cranks show normal shoe rub wear for the mileage. I've been doing way more road riding and racing lately and it saddens me to see this awesome bike collecting dust in my office. The bike needs a good home and someone to ride it hard!!

Here is a list of the bikes components and features:

* Frame: Haro T-6 7005 Aluminum, Size: Large

* Front Suspension: Rock Shox "The Duke"

* Rear Suspension: Rock Shox "SID XC"

* Avid BB7 Disc Brakes

* Wheels: Rhino Lite

* Tires: Tioga Factory 2.10 F (Great Tires, less than 10 miles total on them)

* Cranks: Shimano Triple Deore LX Crank System, Octalink , 175 Crank Arms

Shifters: Shimano Deore LX Mega's

Brake Levers: Shimano LX

Seat Stem: Titec X-Wing

Handlebar: Easton EA 30, 25"

Bar Stem: Richey Comp, size: 90

This bike has always shifted with amazing smoothness.

Boy, I can't make myself tell you that it's a good deal. The bike was a great bike new, but it's used now and evidently well used. The rynolites are a good sturdy wheel set, but not an upgrade from the XTR's that were on it. The rock shox "DUKE" is more of a lower end fork. Both of these things added weight to the bike. I'm gonna suggest you go to your local bike shop and look at new bikes. they will have the deore components this bike has now, and similar wheels and fork, but will be new. and you will be able to test ride different sizes and brands. Sorry I just can't say the used bike is that great of a deal.
