looks like links are seized might want to get something to pry them a little more loose of a tollerance or just get a new chain.. its lookin pretty old and grimey

Something is wrong with my digi cam, but its not old, i used it for about 6 months now. The chain still could move through the derailleur properly and you are unable to feel the affect if you are cycling on a flat road but when you are cycling uphill, you can feel like the chain wants to drop a couple of cassettes

If you have a chain link extractor, put it onto the offending link and give it a fraction of a turn to loosen the link. Don't push the pin out so it protrudes from the chain.

Easiest fix....from the Park Website linked by Svr above:
It is also possible to repair tight links without the tight link cradle system. This method requires physically stressing and flexing the chain laterally. Use care not to bend and deform the plates by using too much force. To avoid damaging your chain, practice on a section of scrap chain. Your hands are likely to get dirty from grabbing the chain. If this is a problem use a rag over the chain.
Locate the tight link as described above.
Grab either side of chain with your hands, and place both thumbs at the tight rivet.
Pull outward with your hands, while pressing inward with your thumbs to flex the tight link.
Reverse pressure to flex chain the opposite direction. Pressing inward with your hands and pressing outward with the index fingers centered on tight rivet.
Pivot link back and forth to see if it is free and repeat if necessary.
