I went to CP for a couple of hours to work on refining my technique behind the lens.
(CP is a city park with a nice freeride park)

When you get a chance to come this way, I'll show you the freeride park and surrounding trails...

I'm also building a dirt park to ride in with my cousins and friends, damn, we get so damn exhausted from all the shoveling and making the jumps, then testing the, finding out they need some adjustment and doing it all again, we are still months away from completion but it will all be worth it in the end.

Lens: Nikon 28-100mm f/3.5-5.6G AF
Flash: Vivitar (some low powered flash from the late 80s)
I am mostly using various Fujifilm print films. I am trying a couple of (new to me) professional print films this weekend.
Thanks for the positive feedback everyone!

awesome pics, if I was going to give you a small critique I would consider getting a bigger flash to light up the shadows some in your closer shots.
You probably already know but a polarizing filter and a sunny day would make these kin of shots really come alive.
Awesome job keep up the good work!!!

Thanks for the tips and the words of encouragement. And I am definitely open to constructive criticism.
I’m hearing you with using fill flash for direct sunlit shots. And as far additional equipment I have a long list of things to purchase…. A polarizing filter being the next item I’m going buy. I think it will be a necessity for the spring forum ride at Pisgah.
