Suggestions for a fork upgrade.

My 2003 Specialized Hardrock Pro came with a Rock Shox Judy TT 100 mm fork.

It sucks.

I got $400 USD and I need lockout, what could I buy?

Thanks.

The Marzocchi MX Comp ETA is something to look at. However it doesn’t fully lock-out. I think the lowest it can go when it comes to lock-out is 30mm. Has 120mm travel. Fork is under $400 USD.

Look for the fork here.

ETA - Extension Travel Adjustment

” As you climb, simply flick a switch and the suspension will compress to the ideal height (depending on the riders weight). However, unlike a lock out mechanism, you’ll still have 30mm of travel to soak up some of the rough stuff. Truly having your cake and eating it too!”
