New bike in town

He all i'm new to the XC bike world and just picked up a new bike. My question is it has a RST capa T6 shock fork. I'm a big guy 230 and wantied to know if that was a good setup or should i look to lose something? Thanks oh it has a preload adjustment but i don't know much about it.

Does it feel okay to you? If so, don't worry about it until it breaks. (and don't ride a Fox...you'll want one)
