Hmm... strong knee pain, any workarounds?
My knees hurt like hell, especially after tough rides, its probably from jumping right into tough, long intense rides from a 1 month break but is there any exercises or stuff I can do to relieve knee pain? Its hurts a lot when I crouch and really put some power in my pedaling. Hmm maybe any recommendations in the way I ride to alleviate the pain, its not a cadence problem as I usually run a very soft gear and don't really maintain pedalling for too long (I'm not doing XC for the moment, just jumping, urban freeride and trials).
