I put some slime tubes in my tires, and now my rear wheel wobbles pretty bad when it's on the stand or something ot lower revolutions. I'm thinking this doesn't affect the acutal ride too much, so I'm not too worrired about it. I was just wondering of anyone else had this, and if it was normal.

either your tire isnt seated properly, or the cone nuts on your hub are loose.Originally Posted by mjsca07

The more likely explaination is that your tire isnt seated properly, deflate the tube, pull off the tire, and install it again, and try to make sure the tire is inserted into the rim evenly all the way around.

Mine wobbled for a long time. Yesterday I took off the cassete and tightened the nuts on the hub. Wobble gone.

I've been riding it like that for a bit. How can the tire be seated improperly? It looks seated. I'll probably pull it off, and put it back on to see if that works. If not, I'll start tightening things. It started after I put new tires on so I bet it's the tire like ya said. Thanks.

it just happens when the tire isnt fully inserted into the rim at one point, and that makes the wheel appear like its wobbling...Originally Posted by mjsca07

Also, if it is the hub, dont tighten the nuts on your hub too tight, it wont move then
