Used Bike: need feedback
I think I already posted that I decided to get the Gary Fisher Piranha this weekend the 06' for about 635$
However as per request (in my sig) I have been contacted about a used bike for sale by one of our forum members.

For me the no1 biggest no-no on buying a bike online would be that you cant try it before you buy it so you have no idea how it fits, but this member lives within driving distance so I could see and ride the bike beforhand.
Being worth about 3000$ new (in 03') and about 3 years old, with some upgrades I think 1000$ is a pretty fair deal. So while way beyond my original budget I think I could splurge on this (visa card) if its a good of a deal as I belive it is.
Only aditonal problem I see is starting off with a full sus bike might keep me from getting a good technique vs starting hardtail, and this probably wont make a very good road/urban bike so down the road I'll need a cheapo bike for the streets.
I just want some friendly profesional feedback on the quality of the bike and if you think the price is right.
