I have two friends, one with each bike. The fork on the big hit is crap. You can find them online new for 220. My friend had to send his in 3 times before it he just sold it. The fork on the stinky is a little better, but is marzocchis bottom of the level dual crown. The rear shock on the stinky is a fair amount better (dhx3 vs vanilla r). However, if you put money into either, they can be amazing bikes. Personaly, I would choose the stinky (if they are the same price), whether you are going to add on or not.

However, despite the seemingly negative post, they are both very nice bikes

Stinky. No contest. The first time I rode one it was like I was riding gods bike. I love em.

Same here, I'd choose the stinky because of the fork and just overall.
