Need advice on a used mountain bike

Hi There
Has anyone had any experiance with a Raleigh John Tomac designer series, it is titanium with magura hydraulic rim brakes and a fox forx shock with a XT/grip shift drive train and a sun Rhino lite rear wheel and a Mavic CR-17 front wheel. From what I understand it is a 1004/95 year bike. The person I am thinking of buying it from wants $700 for the bike.

Does anyone know if that is a fair price? It looks like it is oin good shape, but I have not been able to ride it yet.

Thanks for all your help.

I say way too much for a 10 year old bike. Even if it is Ti.

1995? those components, as least some of em are newer, yeah?
My question would be how many hours each component has on the frame as well as the shape the frame is in.

$700 will get you a decent new HT as well, I suppose.
