Sand Tires

The trails I like to ride are about 60% covered in sand up to 2" deep. Corners have not been good to my skin recently, so I'm thinking something a little wider, and tread that digs through it better. I've heard good things about the Nevegals, any other suggestions for deep, loose (dry) sand?

Best tires I've found for loose, deep sand were Mutanoraptors but... there are really hard to get on and off. But they plow through sand.

Mutanoraptor

I'll second that! I run a 2.4 mutanoraptor on my Flight Monocog in the front and most of my riding is done on very sandy trails (central jersey for you!). I am more concerned with the front tire as that is usually where I have problems with traction and control in sand. I also run a 2.1 exiwolf in the back but might swap in a rear velociraptor in 2.1, the one with the center paddle and see how that does.

2.25 Panaracer Cinder. mine laugh at sand. Battelfield park is about 40% sand when its dry like this. the powdery desert type sand in a lot of spots and much deeper than 2". its the only time I can pull away from the pack due to extra control and traction.
