Decking out my trek 4300

so after some more grass cutting and begging i came up with some more money, not alot but enough to get a small start.
my 4300 is dark blue, silver, and black like almost all are. i made up my mind and want to make it a bit unique and go with red as my secondary color. i plan on keeping the frame the color it is, but i was wondering is there any place to buy new decals or vynals if you will to replace my current trek ones, possibly red in color? if not forget about it.
ive been looking for a while but cant find a good solid grip, that is red. can anyone help with that?
ive also been looking at forks for the future, and i dont plan on spending over 100 for a fork. any suggestions? has to be blue or red in color.
im also planning on painting my derailure and disk rotors, dont worry i have alot of experience with paints so i wont need help with it, but i am wondering if i should wait until winter to do this because i will be using regular airbrush paints and clear coat, and i will be keeping heat on it, but is there an average time expectancy for this, that would allow for the paint to cure. im guessing with constant heat, no more than 3 weeks for the rotors and less for the derailure. and yes i am just painting the inside of the disk rotor, not where the pads touch
i am looking for a good cheap pedal set that is red, and some clip in cleats to go with it, for the near future. any good sites where i could find all of this please post. thanks for your time in reading my rambling on like such. thanks agian

Pedals. I've got some old Shimano 646's that are the original Platform/Clipless pedal. The cage is similar in design to a DX, with the rotating clip mechanism inside.

I've also got a couple of forks that I'm selling! I'm asking a bit more than $100, but I'll make you a good deal regardless.

If interested, PM me.
