Best tire for 180 miles?
Hey all
here's the thing, just got this Bianchi bike, i wanna use it for a road bike and enter in this bike trek next summer that's 180 miles over 3 days. Only thing is the Bianchi can only take 26 inch wheels and my ma's road bike has 28 inch and they seem to be more of the regulation trek wheels.
What would be the best tire for going this long of a distance on pavement?

I'll second the Tom Slicks. There are some big miles on mine.
60 miles a day on hi-pressure slicks should be an enjoyable ride.
60 miles a day on low-pressure knobbies will be some other thing.
