crash replacement

hey i went over the bars pretty hard a couple of days ago. the first thing to hit the ground was my head, lucky i was wearing my helmet. the thing worked great...no concussions, and i barely felt a thing considering how fast i was going. unfotunately there's a fairly large crack in the foam now. it's a bell aquila. anyway, i was wondering if bell has a crash replacement policy.

I don't think they do, helmets are made for only 1 impact(although usually last for much longer). Time to buy a new one.

Go to your LBS, all helmet companies have great crash replacement policies.
