Does anyone know the year of this bike?

I'm considering this bike but don't know the year or the components. I ride a 17 that appears to be to big. Will the 15 be to small?

I'm 5'7" and I'm riding a 17" right now.

Also I just got professionally fitted on a road bike and I came out with a 53.
