Old (89?)Merida
 

Posted this on the vintage dep, but none seems interested so I'll see if someone here is amused by a relic of the old MTB days. 50 $ at a fleamarket, removed kickstand, fenders, dynamo! and put on an old Brooks and some weird VP pedals. Oiled the chain and took it for an 80 km fireroad trip today. Horrible in technical stuff, (man those bonded alluminum dinosaurs are stiff), but very nice on the gravel roads in the woods near Oslo. Biopace HP (high performance!) is really quite nice, I hated the first generation BP when I tried it.
