Just finished building it today. It's actually all my old parts swapped over onto a new frame (hence the 7 year old XT components and Manitou Ti-SX fork). Rides like a dream!

I just got this, they are super hard to find around here. A friend of the family had a 250R that he let me use, it was a blast.

Anyways, here is one really ****ty video, I have to get my friend to take some better ones.

Many thanks! Someday I'll have to upgrade the components, but despite their age, everything is in beautiful condition, and the bike weighs just a hair over 23lbs.

Are you sure that's not 23.1?

A Cervelo R3 might be built up to 13.1. If you bought all the lightest components for it.

The new and improved post your rigs, but nothing new and improved ON the rig. It's about 12 years old and still rides well. I have been tempted to upgrade to a suspension fork though.
