If there's a stick on the ground, obviously the only way it could have possibly have gotten there is if some "person" maliciously tore it off, branch's just never break off and fall out of tree's by themselves...

Hey Ben, saw your pictures in the other thread. Looks like you've been doing some cool riding!
It's nice to be back on a real mountain bike. The Reba is nice too now that I'm getting it dialed in. I've sort of missed out on the best of modern suspension technology until now. I'm used to either rigid or old school forks.

They're 700x40 Speedmaxes. Decent tire for the price. I also have a Panaracer Fire Cross for the front to use sometimes. Much more aggressive tread than the speedmax, but I don't have clearance for anything larger in the back.
Running a cross bike on XC trails, you have to make a lot of compromises. If you want a pressure that gives good traction you seriously risk flatting. I tend to run around 40 PSI front and 45-50 rear for trail riding with tires that are 'cross race width (32-35). On tires larger than that I go down into the mid to upper 30s. Then it's more of a 29er lite.

But would require a new wheel with the 15mm. If I go 20mm, I have a wheel for it already.

Yeah good point.
15mm is lame. In my opinion anyway, I'm sure there are some who will appreciate it.

oh yeah. No more front brakes rubbing when I'm in a sprint finish. Rock Shocks is also moving to adapt the 15mm through axle. Their gonna be coming out with adapters for it. I9 wheels already have em'.

Yeah, it's all personal preference of course. No product is going to appeal to 100% of the market.

Rock Shox isn't making a 15mm TA. What they made was the maxxle lite, which is still a 20mm TA.
