not too sure a hardrock frame can handle a dualcrown fork that massive. but, i'll let you set up a thread to see what others think

There are a few fun spots in the city but nothing crazy. We have are fair share of stair gaps, skinnies, and other fun lines but are almost completely off limits during the day. There are also a couple of nice skate parks right on lake and a few DJs scattered about. I would take the mountains over Chicago any day.

my '07 Hardrock Sport with rear bb7 (no cash for front one...), Specialized V-Groove seat and freshly rebuilt rear wheel.

My '99 Hoffman e.p. solely used for flatland, with the exception of any street riding I can do before I find a nice parking lot.

Here is an adapter for the BB7 Front:

Here is a rear adapter for the Tektro (I'm assuming that's what it is):

https://www.universalcycles.com/shopp...&category=1609

For $20, you can swap them and have a much more useful setup.

Thats my bike now i have my new fork on it. Its an absolute dream.....
Im glad i got it. I didnt think it would make that much of a difference - boy it does.
Its a rare occasion that i leave the house on my feet or in a car - in all seriousness i ride where i want to go 80 percent of the time.

Maybe one day i could afford to have an awesome bike like you guys.
Id love to get an older(read: oldish) XTC frame for some of the stuff on my bike. I love those frames.

Next on the list:
Full SRAM Drivetrain build (Including new trigger shifters and brake levers)
But probably before that 500 dollar expense a new set of pedals. Stock rincon pedals ftl

It must be nice that the old rincon's frames are disc ready. My Rincon's fork is disc ready, but the frame has no disc mounts.

Here is an adapter for the BB7 Front:
Okay, missunderstanding: I physically do not have enough money to buy the front bb7. The only reason I bought the rear ones is because the orriginal rear p.o.s. disc brake that came with it crapped out. I had some sort of money that was gifted to me, but only enough for the one disc brake. As i tend to not use my front brake as much as I should, I opted for the rear one. the front will probably happen at my birthday, as well as either new forks or clipless pedals. thanks for the links anyway!

Nice! Always good to see a new Transition out there. And if it can't be blue, then black is where it's at

thanks guys! i'm really thrilled with it, she hasn't seen much dirt action yet, but I've been ripping the urban and i can't believe how immediately comfortable i feel on her.

for pedals i'm running azonic accelerators with longer pins installed at each corner. i've been very happy with these pedals.
