Cane Creek or FSA???
OK, I want to replace the Cane Creek headset on my friends Cannondale MTB. I can stick with similar Cane Creek:
Cane Creek C2
https://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...0529&rd=1&rd=1
although just found better model - S8 -from Hong Kong for same price
https://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...MakeTrack=true
or similar price this FSA one:
FSA Orbit UF
https://cgi.ebay.co.uk/FSA-Orbit-UF-H...QQcmdZViewItem
or FSA Orbit XL II
https://cgi.ebay.co.uk/FSA-ORBIT-XL-I...QQcmdZViewItem
Both have good rep. However I know the Cane Creek would fit straight on with no hassel, so I'm tempted to stick with that, unless the FSA is really better, or will also fit on with no probs. (1 1/8" rigid fork).
The FSA appears to have needle rollers whereas the Cane Creek I think has normal ball-bearings.
What do you rekon? I keep reading conflicting reviews / opinions.
Oh and I'ma newbie so have a drink

Oh and if the CC fits than the FSA will fit too.

Both are quality headsets so you won't be disappointed whichever way you go. I've had good luck with Cane Creek so that's what I continue to buy.
