Do you have the receipt?
Well Huffy isnt known to be the best brand out there. After doing some research on it, it seems like it's ok (for what it is), but just dont expect to do anything really serious off road, and you might have trouble with the breakdown of some of the components after a while. Nonetheless, go ride and have fun with it.

Some bike shops won't work on them. If you can't afford an entry-level bike from a bike shop and you find yourself riding (and enjoying) the bike, take it to a shop for a tune-up. The department store bikes like Huffy are usually put together sloppy, and a good mechanic can make a huge difference in how the thing works. Tune-ups run 35 to 50 bucks around here, so it might not be worth it.

that was my first bike a long time ago. it held up well but i didn't do any serious off road riding ether. If you plan on getting into racing or competition i would suggest getting a better built bike. but i you are just riding here and there and nothing serious like jumps just keep the huffy.
