Need advice please help

Hi guys im new on here im looking to buy mountain bike just dont know whats good out there for me i can spend up to $ 450 here are my picks
#1 raleigh majave 5.0 - 2007
#2 gt avalanche 3.0 disc
#3 treck 4300

if you think i can get something better or there is actually something better in that price please let me know thank you ......

i cant commoent on the frist two. other than the gt is probably pull disk brakes and im not a big fan on those.

but the trek 4300 is a pretty neat. ive ridden a couple and its got some decent stuff on there. machined parts instead of pressed...a little better stuff here and tere than the 3400. id deff say the 4300 is where you start getting away from 'crap' low end bikes.

you should deff go out and try to test ride some before you buy

i ve also ridden a gary fisher wahoo and its pretty matched with the 4300 even in price if you want to check it out. the 4300 and the wahoo are the ones i always suggest to people first

I reccomend this to everyone in a budget like that. Go with the Specialized Hardrock Sport. You won't go wrong. I love mine, and its working great after a year!
