Tips on adjusting Hayes 9's

I just swapped over to some Crossmax wheels and now my rotors are rubbing slightly. What is the procedure to optimise the Hayes brakes? I assume that you slide the caliper over a bit, or do the pads adjust? Thanks.

ooops, I had the wheel on crooked. Now it is not rubbing.
