First part first.
How can you be 5'7" while being 66"?
66" = 5'6"

So now that we've established that you are 5'6" - 5'7", and we don't know your inseam length,
I'm going to guess 16" - 17", probably 17"

i'm around 5'8" and ride a 16" with awesome control. 16-18" sounds like a good area to start.

I'm going to suggest not fitting yourself based on suggestions on the internet. Find a shop selling the Blast, go try out a few different sizes and take the one you feel most comfortable on.

Better double check that one.
I'm 6'1" and have a 34" inseam.

Come on now. We don't need that type of advice around here.

at 5'6'' with your inseam, do your nipples and belly button form a straight line across your chestomach? or maybe you have a full torso, but a flat head and no neck?

I don't know, it sounds like you are going to need to build up a custom frame, I would check the framebuilders forum

Your fist post said that you are 5'6" and 190 pounds and now you are saying 7'2" and 500 pounds.
That's some serious weight gain.....

I smell some serious BS and I think I'm done trying to help you now.
Bye-Bye

You should seriously consider getting a life before a bike.
