2006 Norco Rival 20"?

Hi all.
Im new here and I just bought my self a 2006 Norco Rival. The reason im posting is becuase i got the last one of the 20" version and i noticed that there were differences between the 20" and 18.5"
Im having problems with mine such as rubbing and such and wonder if this is the cause and parts were switched. Just wondering if someone can clear this up. Bare with me as i dont know the names of the parts yet.
First i noticed the disc brake looks different on the 18.5 version as its perfectly round as mine is has bumbs around the edge. Also some strange reason the clips to tighten the wheel were so damn cheap on my bike with then 18.5" version had this longer stronger ones. Im just wondering if they had switched something on my bike. Not really picky but after having these strange problems which wearing them in isnt fixing im wondering if im getting the original parts.

It sounds like you have different rotors on you bike. What kind of brakes are on it, thats gonna' be the real differance. I guess you are talking about the quick release skewers. Do they have a name on them?

On the brakes it says Hayes mx2.
The rotor i have no idea how im gonna find out unless i see or know someone who has same bike. Maybe the sales guy is right and they changed the rotor on the 20" version. I find that hard to believe.
the quick release skewers have been replaced by the bike shop i got it from becuase i brought it in when i first got the bike showing the bad rubbing and such and the guy replaced them for free saying they were garabge him self.
I got a great deal on the bike becuase its last years model but if parts and such have been switched and i have to worry about this kind of stuff then its not worth it to me.
