raleigh xxix or surly 1x1?

im going to get a single speed, ive checked out the raleigh xxix and the surly 1x1 and i like them both, and if i could id get them both, im wondering if anyone has a suggestion, ive heard good things about both, with the surly id get it riged fork

and i like 29ers too, and what about the gary fisher rig?

For a single speed, definitely go with the 29er. For the price you cannot beat the Raleigh 29. The 1x1 will accept 700c cross tires but it would hold real 29er tires.
