Head Tube question about this frame

I am looking at this frame http://cgi.ebay.com/New-Leader-Alumi...QQcmdZViewItem

The only the wierd thing about it i noticed is the head tube is 4.75 inches long....I am a newbie and all...but that seems really short to me...is it normal for a head tube to be this small? Does it really matter?

Doesn't matter. If anything, it just means you have more room to work with if fitting a used fork with a cut steerer. It's pretty much around normal though at just under 5".

Edit: also looks like it requires a 1.5" headset just from looking at it. But I didn't read the whole page to see. Good to know though before buying parts.

4.75, huh... you could put a lefty on that frame without a 4 page discussion!
