Hi everyone looking for a 1st bike to get into the game I can get this for 150 bucks he claims its like new, used maybe 3 times,around 7-8 years old, needs a seat (his dog ate it) and the bolt/pin for the front wheel is missing.Does not have disc brakes which i doubt I need.My questions are is the size xl ok for me im 6'2" 220 lbs?Is this a good bike and is the price fair?

That bike is great!
It was my first "real" mountain bike. In fact, I still own and ride it.
I would definately ride the bike and make sure it is comfortable before you buy it. At 6'2" (which is my height also) you're somewhere between a L and an XL. Assuming the components are in good shape and the fork isnt blown, $150.00 is a great deal.
If you shop carefully, a new skewer for the front wheel and a seat can be had for under $50.00.

Assuming the bike fits, which it probably could based on your size, and that the damage is limited to what you state, I'd give $150 for it.
