giant rainier ?

are gaint bikes any good i am looking at the rainier, it has deore derailers and shifters. it is $200 cheaper than the speailized that has the same parts.

yeah rainiers are pretty good. depends on what you are doing with them though. Rainiers (and specialized's in the same price range) ought to be good for light to medium cross-country riding, little to no heavy rough stuff.
