Trek 4500 Disk Breaks
 
Does the Trek 4500 have adapters for disk breakes. Thinking about putting some Hayes on it. Any other opinons.

You really shouldn't be bothering with disc brakes if you can't even tell whether or not your bike can take them.

Sounds dangerous, it's got the word BREAK right in there... me, I only use disc brekes, I believe they have superior stopping power to the regular disc breaks.

I prefer disc brakes...lol...and Avids at that.
