Hardrock XC vs. Hardrock Sport - Main Differences?

what differences can you expect between these 2 models? is the xc much faster? (that's what it lists on the specialized site.)

i mainly want something for exercise, light-modeerate trail use & bike paths.

The frame on the sport model should be beefier, the fork has more travel. The XC looks to be designed more towards city paths. The sport is coming from the true trail bike lineup. As for faster, there probaly isn't much diffeence in weight. Ride both and see which one feels better.

I wasn't trying to imply that one was better than the other, was just pointing out some differences.
