check out my teeter-totter

(also posted on mtbr.com)

The bridge is 8 ft. long, and it's 4 ft. high (2 ft. in the center) with a 30 degree incline. I built this because they looked cool on youtube. It's a little scary because the front wheel on my bike has to get to the very end before it tips down. Keep in mind that I'm no freerider. I reinforced it a good bit. It's actually pretty sturdy. I also scored the 2x4s on the bridge to help with traction. What do you guys think? Any of you build contraptions to ride on?

How about the link to those videos then? Well I made a small and crappy ramp, hopefully I find junky wood to make more.... Reason why I can't is because I'm tired of sawing huge pieces of plywood.

A.Z. - Search for "North Shore MTB", "freeride MTB", and "teeter totter MTB". you'll find tons of vids with these contraptions, and other neat stuff.

Maelstrom - Thanks. Looking at the pics, I see at least 5 different things I should have done differently. Haha.
