New Forks - Needed

I have recently bourght a Saracen Instinct 1 about 2-3 weeks ago.

The Forks that came with it were = RST Gila plus T7

They have started to go really hard. They have now turned so hard that they feel rigid. I have bourght some fork lubricant and have applied this to them, the first time this worked but now even when lubricant is there and they are still rock solid. Anyone know how to fix this.

Also could you tell me some new good forks for about £200 max. 120mm Travel + if possible.

Dang y'all Brit's:D I get a kick outta your choice of words. Well, at two hundred pounds equaling approximately four hundred eleven dollars USD, a good fork (not "forks" teehee) would be the Fox Vanilla R. Usually running in the neighbeehoo of $410 and undoubtedly the absolute best fork I've ever owned!

If you want lighter and cheaper, check out Greenfishsports.com and get the closeout deal on the Manitou Black Super Air for $230. That would give you enough left over to convert the front to disc so you can utilize the "disc only" fork.
