Rigid titanium frame with rack and fender mounts

Hey all,

I'm in search of a rigid titanium mountain bike frame with rack and fender mounts. I've found several frames of interest though none seem to have these specific features. I'd also want canti-mounts. I do understand why this would be hard to find as someone who would be interested in a ti frame would want as little "extra" as possible. However, I'm guessing this exists somewhere even though my google searching didn't produce favorable results.

I appreciate any help.

Have you looked at Setavento? It's custom, but cheaper than a Litespeed or Merlin hardtail. Plus, you can get it spec'd out exactly how you want it for ~$1500. Other than that, I'd consider finding a used Ti bike that might have come with fender mounts way back in the day.
