It depends...right now I don't have school so pretty much every damn day. During the warm months of school it becomes twice a week or so.

When I ride to work does that count as two rides? I don't keep up with it, I just ride when I feel like it.

Each year that goes by i ride less due to more school and work. I do 1 main ride (20-30kms) a month, but i do ride to school (twice a week).

I commute to work.. and the return trip has me in some dirt.

So 5 days at least (unless it rains, still commute in the rain, just stay out of the dirt), and occasionally weekend runs as well.

I thought the question was about mountain biking and not other forms of riding. If it includes family rides and commuting then I go from twice per week to daily.

I was trying to just see generally how often everyone gets on a bike- whether or not getting on a bike was a daily thing or just reserved for specific weekend outings. No discriminating between road bikes, going to the store, commuting, racing or long XC rides. Just number of days/ week someone gets on a bike and pedals.
