Video from Spokane's Beacon race
With May's Beacon race just a warm and fuzzy memory now, this is kinda old news; but Bones Over Metal just posted up their vid from this year's race.

Thanks for posting that, quality footage of quality riding is always quality stuff. I recognized that step-up, the one from a photo you posted a while ago. That large gnarley rock face has to be the one you mentioned gaining confidence on after getting the gran mal.

The course is short (around 2 min.) but feature-filled, as you can see. We always run it as a two-run/combined-time format. My favorites are the berm-to-berm gap and the step-up.

Yeah, the one from about :30 in to the 1:00 mark - - with the guys biting it - - is the one. The kid in the green jacket with the ball cap under the skate helmet is my friend Devin. Young hardtail maniac .
