Post mounts and I.S calipers...
Hi, i have an avid juicy 5 and want to buy a Marzocchi MX comp. However this fork has a post mount, will my avid juicy be able to fit on this or do i need some adapter, if so please could you show me where from. Thanks.

Most brakes have different adapters for the different fork standards. Did you check the Avid site for the availability of a post mount? Check the instructions for installing the brakes, again on the Avid site, and they will describe what is needed and how to install it to the post mount.

I am not sure about the juicy 5, but the BB7s come with the gear to make it fit for both systems.

It comes with the Juicy setup, so you'll just mount up your brakes without it. They give you all the necessary hardware for post as well as IS.

take off the IS mount adapter (the black peice). save the adjustment washers and bolts. Bolt the rest of the brake directly into the post mount

This does not always work due to: rotor size; or caliper body hitting the fork before the the tabs settle on the posts. If he needs the adapter, Avid makes one.
