80mm to 100mm
I have a 2001 Z.4 fork and i read that if i install shorter top out springs that is the only alteration needed to turn this fork from a 80mm to a 100mm. is this true? and if so what are these top out rings? how much are they? and what do they look like?\

Call Marzocchi. Cut around the rumors and ask the techs.

I belive its true. Unless the LBS mechanic was wrong... There are 2 spring in the fork, and you only have to change the top ones to effect it. However, im not sure if marzocchi makes the upgrade for a Z4, but if they did that is all that is needed.
