Solo urban assault

So today I had a free morning, which is a rarity for this fambly man. I took my new 07 Kona Stuff out for her maiden ride and hit up some concrete structures in my city's downtown area. Man! I forgot how much fun freeriding can be, as I had been riding road and roadfixed for the last three years exclusivly.

I thought my "skills" might have suffered in that time, but if anything I seem to be better at it than I ever was. Somehow it seems I'm not as afraid of it as I used to be and I hit bigger drops than I ever had before. Stairgaps and whatnot, lots of fun. The bike held up awesomely, much lighter than my old Roast and much stiffer it seems. I'm stoked for more and some singletrack, if I can get my mtn bike buddies off of their expanding arses.
